Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered:

1. Notify Us Within 24 Hours:

   • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us at support@medadays.com or call our customer care number available on our website.
   • Documentation Required: To facilitate a smooth return or exchange, we highly recommend you take pictures or record a video while unboxing the product. This will serve as evidence of damage or incorrect items.

2. Return/Exchange Request:

   • Please do not send the product back before contacting us. You must submit a return/exchange request via our website to receive a return/exchange ticket.
   • Once the request is submitted, our customer care team will reach out to you for more details (e.g., product images, packaging photos).

3. Return/Exchange Procedure:

   • Customer Care Contact: Upon receiving your return/exchange request, our customer care team will inquire about the damage or wrong product delivered. You will be asked to provide:
     • Damaged Product Images
     • Incorrect Product Images
     • Packaging Images
     • Any other necessary details.
   • Verification and Physical Inspection: Once your request is reviewed and accepted, you will be asked to send the product for physical verification.
   • After the product is received and verified by our team, you will be informed of the status within 24 hours.
   • The replacement process may take up to 15 days from the date we receive the damaged product.

4. Return Guidelines:

   • The product should be returned in its original packaging, with serial numbers unaltered, and with all original labels and packaging materials intact.
   • If a free gift was included with your order, it must be returned along with the original product, in its original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

5. Rejection of Claims:

   • If the return/exchange claim is found to be false or without merit, the claim will be rejected. All shipping charges incurred will be debited to the customer, and the product will be sent back.

Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions:

   • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for free products offered by Medadays.

2. Delivery Issues:

   • No returns or exchanges will be entertained if:
     • The customer refuses to accept the delivery.
     • Delivery attempts were unsuccessful due to incorrect or unreachable addresses.

   • Medadays is not responsible for any damage occurring after the product has been delivered to the customer.

3. No Refund Requests for Exchange Cases:
